At Coolkicks, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and shoeboxes, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
